**DOA Policy for Live Coral Sales**

We strive to ensure that your corals arrive in excellent condition, but in the rare event that a coral arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), we have the following policy in place:

1. **Notification**: You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery if you receive a DOA coral. This allows us to address the issue promptly.

2. **Photo Requirement**: To process your claim, a clear photo of the coral in its unopened shipping bag is required. This helps us verify the condition of the coral upon arrival and ensures that the claim is valid.

3. **Store Credit**: If your claim is approved, we will issue store credit for the cost of the coral. Please note that no refunds will be provided. The store credit can be used for future purchases but does not cover any shipping costs.

4. **Shipping Delays**: We are not responsible for delays in shipping that may affect the health of the coral. Once the coral leaves our facility, we cannot control the shipping process.
